Freedom Adventures is a small, family-run boat-safari operator who provides personal and tailor-made trips and tours around the islands of Ko Lanta in southern Thailand.
We offer a range of Day Trip Adventures, Overnight Camping Adventures, Tailor-Made Adventures and Private Boat Charter Trips that can each be personally planned to ensure you have the perfect trip out on our boat.

Freedom Adventures was born on a beach in the South of Ko Lanta in Thailand. Freedom Adventures offers adventure safari’s by boat – choose from a range of activities that includes; snorkelling, fishing, overnight camping, island hopping, private boat charter, and more!
Run by a Thai – English couple, Cait and Taned, Freedom Adventures offers small and friendly boat trips to the many islands of the Southern Andaman Sea. We aim to provide you with a memorable day out that is relaxing and fun. Plan a unique adventure and learn about Thailand, its culture and the underwater world. During the high season (November – April) our boat, MV Cait, leaves from Ko Lanta Old Town pier and takes a leisurely cruise to the destination of your choice. Most of the islands around Ko Lanta can be reached in 1-2 hours. Enjoy your surroundings while travelling on our spacious boat. It offers a sundeck and shade and has an indoor cabin and toilet onboard.
We offer trips to Ko Haa, Ko Rok, Ko Phi Phi and the Southern Islands – Ko Kradan, Ko Ngai, Ko Muk (Emerald Cave), Ko Maa, Ko Chuek, & Ko Waen. Ko Haa is normally associated with the scuba divers of Ko Lanta but it holds many delights for snorkelers too! Ko Haa is a cluster of 5 islands ranging from limestone karst’s to larger and lusher islands. There is no development here so water is generally very clear. Although there are some deeper parts on the islands there are 3-4 shallower spots offering great snorkeling, especially the sandy lagoon of just 6 metres depth.
Marine life here is very diverse and you can see both hard and soft corals.
One of the islands has a small beach which you can swim to but only at low tide. We think this is the reason other companies do not run trips there but for people most interested in doing some good snorkeling this is a great and lesser known destination!

 Beach at Ko Haa Sahm Little known Ko Haa offers some wonderful snorkeling with very diverse marine life. Ko Haa is a cluster if 5 small islands, 2 are limestone karst’s so there is great scenery above the water too!
We will take you to enjoy 3 different snorkeling spots and there is 1 beach visable at low tide which you can swim to for a break.
A delicious thai cuisine lunch will be made freshly on board for you and fresh fruit snacks and drinks are also provided. We have good quality masks, snorkels and fins for you to use and life jackets for those who wish to use.
